The owners sued the Board of Supervisors after their Special Use Permit was denied. The BOS said it could not defend a lawsuit and later approved the Special Use Permit. Now paint fumes from the facility drift onto the adjacent residential property.
Billboards
One of the billboards was installed in Shingle Springs in July 2012, and the other two are now installed, one in Shingle Springs and one in Cameron Park.
