Action Alert - Attend Community Planning Workshop April 4

Dear Shingle Springs residents and rural lifestyle supporters,

At our March 3, 2016 Community Meeting we gave everyone a heads up that the County will be holding a workshop on Community Planning and that as many of us as possible should attend to make sure all of the efforts by Shingle Springs residents will be included and followed up in the process.

A few of the items that we have discussed as a community and would like included in the Shingle Springs Community Plan are:

1. Design Standards for new Commercial and Multi-Family development

2. Planned Development Overlays to mitigate the potential for incompatible development on rezoned parcels

3. Moving overhead utilities to underground for improved public safety and aesthetics
