Follow up from June 5 Community Meeting and Community Region Line update

Greetings Shingle Springs residents and supporters,

Thank you to everyone that attended the June 5th Community Meeting. A lot of good information was shared and gathered that evening. Videos and materials from the meeting can be found on our website at: http://www.shinglespringscommunityalliance.com/6-5-13-community-meeting-material-and-video We encourage you to complete the surveys if you have not already done so. The surveys are an important part of updating the 1977 Shingle Springs Area Plan, including Design Guidelines for our commercial, mixed use, and multi-family land uses.

The White Paper regarding Community Region Lines will be submitted to the Board on Tuesday, June 11, as part of the Consent Calendar and no action will be taken. The date for discussion of the Community Region Lines will be set when the White Paper is submitted. As soon as the date is set for discussion we will notify everyone. If you would like the Board to set the date and time of the meeting in the evening so that working people can get there, please let them know. Here is their contact information:
