Dear Shingle Springs residents and supporters,

Shingle Springs Community Alliance/No San Stino/Stop Tilden Park held a community wide meeting on Thursday, November 21, at 6:30pm. The purpose of the meeting was to share a timeline of events for Shingle Springs over the past year, give an update on the proposed San Stino project, and then to survey the community to find out what course of action they want to take next in our fight to keep Shingle Springs rural.  Thank you to everyone that made it to the meeting and participated in the survey.

Please visit http://www.shinglespringscommunityalliance.com/11-21-13-community-meeting-material-and to view materials from the meeting, including the agenda, handouts, survey, video of the meeting, presentation, and survey results.  The survey is also online and available for residents to complete on the website.

The Shingle Springs Community Alliance will be presenting a conceptual overview of the Shingle Springs Community Plan to the Board of Supervisors on January 14, 2014, at 2:00pm to get their buy-in and support.  Please plan to attend if you are available to support our Community Plan as we advocate for it to become part of the El Dorado County General Plan.  We will send out a reminder as the date approaches.
