Grassroots volunteers have gathered over 8,900 signatures on the Purple (Retain Zoning/Protect Resources) Petition and need another 600 signatures to feel confident in turning it in to the Elections Office. Please help us reach the goal of getting the Purple Petition on the ballot. It requires that the Board of Supervisors implement policies from the 2004 General Plan (such as Water Supply, Scenic Corridor, and Cultural/Historical Resources policies) before approving any discretionary projects.
