Subject: TGPA/ZOU in court: Wednesday, April 25th

Dear RCU Friends and Supporters-

Just a reminder that this Wed, April 25th, 8:30am, RCU’s case against the County’s General Plan and zoning changes (TGPA/ZOU) will be heard in El Dorado County Superior Court, 3321 Cameron Park Dr. in Cameron Park. We received the judge’s tentative ruling Thursday, which will be helpful in focusing our efforts for Wednesday’s hearing. The final decision should be released 30 days after the public hearing.

This hearing is open to the public – please come and show support for restoring our General Plan to its original integrity!
